An Architect’s Place in the City
As a partner in noted design firm Gwathmey Siegel Kaufman Architects, architect Robert Siegel is known for creating sleek, modern structures including Morgan Stanley’s headquarters and the U.S. Mission to the United Nations. But at the end of each workday, Mr. Siegel retreats to a high rise in a sleepy part of Battery Park City.
