An Icon Expands with a Learned Friend
The building that many consider to be the most significant work of architect
Paul Rudolph, Yale University’s storied Art and Architecture, is to undergo a
comprehensive restoration as part of the University’s plan to create a new arts complex that will also include an expanded art and architecture library
and a new facility for the History of Art department. The restoration and the new work are being carried out by the New York-based Gwathmey Siegel Kaufman Architects.
